BENCH FOR AXIAL PREMOULDING OF WINDINGS OF MAGNETIC CONDUCTOR OF POWER TRANSFORMER Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC H01F41/04 

FIELD: electronic equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in production of power transformers. Test bench for axial prepressing of windings comprises pressing and oil-hydro station with oil tank, pump, filter, safety valve, pressure control valve. Two hydraulic motors are mounted on one shaft. Assembly is made of two double-acting hydraulic cylinders, coaxially installed in horizontal plane towards each other on separate plates of common bed with guide with rod. One end of rod is connected with rod of hydraulic power cylinder of double action. On other end is secured thrust washer. In middle part of common bed perpendicular to it there is a support frame with rails, on which process is placed on wheels with bogie top and bottom frame pivotally connected to each other by means of two identical traverses and adjusting rod. On upper carriage frame there is a container with a horizontally at least three windings of magnetic conductor of the power transformer, axes of which are parallel to each other and axes of double-acting hydraulic cylinders with guides with rods.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality of compaction and labour productivity, as well as enabling prepressing of windings of power transformer different grades on one stand.
