FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to transplantology and can be used in monolateral double kidney transplantation. For this purpose ureter of distally located kidney transplant in sewn into urine bladder cupula with formation of new fistula. Ureter of proximally located transplant is sewn with own recipient's ureter with preservation of own orifice without trauma of urinary bladder wall and turns out to be maximally remote from newly formed orifice of distal transplant.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce trauma of urinary bladder wall, preserve own functioning ureter, which is maximally remote from newly formed orifice, as well as contributes to reduction of risk of post-operation complications development.
