FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to plastic surgery. Method includes skin cut on posterior surface of auricle on the edge of helix, separation of skin on posterior surface of auricle with exposure of helix cartilage and its shaping. Posterior surface of auricle cartilage is exposed completely. After that, two through arch-shaped cuts in cartilage are made. One cut from ascending part of helix to antitragus, the other - at the distance 0.4-0.5 cm from helix cartilage edge on it entire length, starting from area of ascending part. Both cuts are connected in upper part of auricle. After that, thickened ascending crus of helix is resected and its length is made shorter. Edges of antihelix are mobilised. They are sutured, with formation in the region of lower part of antihelix of tube, and in the region corresponding to upper crus of antihelix - groove, creating esthetically correct shape. After that shaped antihelix is sewn to concheal hollow. Edges of skin wound are sutured.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to ensure stable cosmetic result, including remote post-operation period.
