FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and is intended for carrying out self-massage and training of entire body. Massager-training simulator includes body and assembled on axels in body sockets with possibility of rotation, at least, two massage means and handles, fastened on body. Body of training simulator-massager is made in upset "П"-shaped form on whose lateral sides, at different level, assembled are massage means, made in form of rollers. At least, one massage means is provided from both sides by mechanisms for regulation of roller vertical position.
EFFECT: ensuring relaxation of musculoskeletal tissues of human body when carrying out massage on back, on stomach, on side, as well as activation of blood circulation on massaged areas with simultaneous training effect of all muscular groups of body.
