SUBSTANCE: said invention relates to medical equipment, in particular to means for massage, and can be used both in clinics and at home for self-massage and the whole-body training. The device consists of a massaging element, a bearing element and a base. The bearing element includes a platform with a longitudinal opening attached to a carriage implying back and forth movements relative to the base of the machine using wheels. The carriage is equipped with guides and a removable adjustable footrest with a massage element for the legs. The base of the machine is made in the form of a frame with attached rotating elements interacting with the guides of the bearing element, and vertical guides with grooves in which the axis of the massage element is located. On the base there is a removable U-shaped element with inclined cutouts made on widened bases, with an acute angle of inclination to the base, and aligned with the slots of the vertical guides by means of the rotation axis of the massage element. Changing the lifting height of the massage element above the surface of the supporting element is carried out by moving the U-shaped element, changing the position of the axis of the massage element in the grooves of the vertical guides, by means of an adjusting screw attached to the base. The palm rests are attached to the sides of the base. A massage element for the cervical spine made in the form of a removable roller on a stationary axis is attached to the palm rests.

EFFECT: the machine enables the closest contact between the body and the massaging elements, which improves blood circulation in the deep muscles and relieves the spine.
