FIELD: medicine, sports.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment and is designed for self-massage and exercises of the entire body, can be used in neurology, traumatology, physiotherapy and orthopedics. The invention is used for the treatment of protrusions, herniations of intervertebral disks of thoracic and lumbosacral spine, scoliosis, kyphosis, kyphoscoliosis, spondylolisthesis, osteochondrosis, myofascial syndrome, myositis, torticollis of vertebrogenic (discogenic) genesis, intercostal neuralgia, lumbago, sciatica and is conducted non-invasively, complexly, sequentially and physiologically dosed after an individual examination of each patient. The training device contains a massage drum mounted on a rotation axis located inside it, and connected to the two support beams at the ends. The training device is equipped with two horizontal brackets and upper spacers with latches. Horizontal brackets on one side are connected to the drum rotation axis, and with supporting beams on the other. The upper struts and crossbeams are attached to the supporting wall bars and have the ability to change the inclination angle of the massage drum axis and distance from the axis to the drum wall bars.
EFFECT: invention allows convenient location of the simulator relative to the flat vertical surface.
