FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used for optimising pancreatonecrosis treatment. The method involves a traditional conventional therapy of the disease, as well as plasmapheresis sessions. It is added with the daily introduction of antioxidants by the following regimen: in the morning intravenous infusions of 0.5 % vinpocetine 6.0ml in physiologic saline 20ml or 40ml, in the afternoon intramuscular injections of 2.5 % thiotriazoline 4.0ml, in the evening intravenous infusions of 4 % glutargine 10.0ml in physiologic saline 150ml. Besides, daily sessions of low-frequency magnetic infrared laser therapy with the MILTa apparatus are carried out in projection points of a pancreas for 5 minutes of irradiation in each point.

EFFECT: method provides effective pancreatonecrosis treatment, prevents developing of necrotic suppurative complications even without prescribing protease inhibitors, the method can be used both for the purpose of the conservative therapy of the disease, and for the purpose of preoperative preparation and postoperative regimen management.
