SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sanitaryware industry, is designed to do hydrotherapeutic procedures in physiotherapy units of clinics, hospitals, shower cabins, and also in composition of disinfection devices. In a device to do water-jet procedures of dynamic type in the upper and lower part of a manipulator, behind the zone of its carriage reciprocal movement along a vertical stand, there are seat members installed as rigidly connected to its structure. The members serve to install a manipulator and an antispray screen via appropriate brackets equipped with fixtures. The manipulator is installed between a header with elements of jet flows generation and a vertical stand of the manipulator. The screen is arranged with through slots formed in it to locate plate-shaped brackets through them as perpendicular to the plane of the manipulator carriage movement. Each of the plates is equipped at its one end with a seat member that is detachably connected to it for appropriate fixation of a yoke. The yoke is used to fix a guide, equipped with a member to vary and fix the header rotation angle.

EFFECT: provision of possibility to considerably increase convenience and safety of hydrotherapeutical procedures, and also to expand their functional capabilities, with achievement of maximum water needle therapeutical and/or cleaning effect.
