FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in melting, in teeming steel, in heating slabs before hot rolling, in hot rolling at regulated summary reduction, and in combined decarbonisation-re-crystallisation annealing or in crystallisation annealing. Also, during cold rolling preset specific tension by width of strips is corrected for value Δσ calculated by formula: Δσ(γ)=-k1/k2·(Haver-H(γ))/Haver, where: Hav=2.2 is average value of thickness of hot rolled iron, mm; H(γ) is change of thickness by width of hot-rolled iron, mm; γ=1…B is coordinate by width of the strip, mm; B is width of the strip, mm; k1=0.325; k2=-0.00575 are coefficients considering influence of process factors on properties of strips of the second group of alloying of type-dimension 0.5×1000 mm, defined on base of statistic analysis of data array, MPa-1.
EFFECT: reduced non-uniformity of magnetic and mechanical properties of electro-technical isotropic steel.
