FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in steel melting, in out-of furnace treatment, in steel casting, hot-rolling with or without normalisation of strips, in etching, cold-rolling, and in re-crystallisation annealing. Also, velocity of strip transfer at annealing is determined by formula: V(l)=V0+a·ΔεΣ(l)±5 m/min, where V(l) is current velocity of strip at re-crystallisation annealing (l is coordinate of length of strip), m/min; V0 is regulated velocity of strip transfer at annealing, m/min; ΔεΣ(l) is change of a value of total reduction by length of strip at cold rolling: where is a regulated value of total reduction, %; εΣ(l) is an actual value of total reduction, %: where H(l), h(l) is function of change of thickness of semi-finished rolled product and of breakdown by length of strip, mm; a is coefficient determined by calculations or experimentally for each group of dimension type and chemical composition of strips, m(min·%).
EFFECT: reduced non-uniformity of magnetic and mechanical properties of electro-technical isotropic steel.
