SUBSTANCE: method is based on billing electrical power, identified by its quality factor, specifically electrical power on a reverse sequence, electrical power on a zero sequence, electrical power of high harmonics, electrical power of a direct sequence below allowable values of voltage deviation of the direct sequence, electrical power of a direct sequence higher than the rated values of deviation of voltage of the direct sequence and electrical power of the direct sequence in the range of allowable voltage deviation values.
EFFECT: high accuracy of billing and controlling electrical power consumption, identified from the quality factor.
