SUBSTANCE: method suggests conversion of currents and voltages into a digital code and definition of active energy values. At that before and upon the conversion to the digital code values of current and voltage are extracted by a pass-band filter from currents and voltages, values of a direct, reverse and zero sequence are defined and values of active energy are defined for each of symmetric components. Active energy is defined against the direct sequence upon extraction from the actual voltage value of the direct sequence values equal, bigger or lesser than the range of permitted direct sequence voltage values. The values of active energy for high harmonics are defined upon the passage of signals through pass-band filters of a plug type. Time synchronisation is carried out for countdowns of generation or consumption moments separately for each type of electricity identified against quality factors.

EFFECT: more accurate definition of instants in time characterising the reduced quality of electricity supplied to the consumer.
