The device realising the method of energy measurement, comprises analogue bandpass filters of voltages and currents of 50 Hz, analogue bandpass filters of a "plug" type of 50 Hz voltages and currents, analogue-digital converters, digital bandpass filters of voltages and currents of 50 Hz, digital bandpass filters of the "plug" type and 50 Hz voltages and currents, digital filters of voltages and currents of zero-phase, positive-phase and negative-phase sequences, accordingly, units of power calculation by zero-phase, positive-phase and negative-phase sequences, a unit of comparison of the voltage deviation by the positive-phase sequence, units of energy calculation of zero-phase, positive-phase and negative-phase sequences, a unit of higher harmonics power calculation, a unit of higher harmonics energy calculation, shapers of modulating codes, delay lines, a summator, a clock pulse oscillator, a phase manipulator, a power amplifier and a transmitting antenna. A control station comprises a receiving antenna, a high frequency amplifier, a search unit, a heterodyne, a mixer, an intermediate frequency amplifier, a detector (selector), spectrum analysers, a phase doubler, a comparison unit, a threshold unit, a delay line, narrow-band filters, a phase divider-by-two, a phase detector, a unit of registration and analysis.
