SUBSTANCE: method involves the following: populating a random replacement table from a physical sensor of random numbers with non-recurrent values of random numbers, using the values of random numbers from the table as parameters of Brownian particles imitating the motion of Brownian particles inside a region A through periodic recalculation after periods of time of parameters of Brownian particles in accordance with laws of motion of Brownian particles, storing the recalculated parameters in a random replacement table; selecting a region A', which is a collection of all points of region A in which the centre of any Brownian particle may be located, breaking up region A' into M parts of equal area, selecting key parts ai; generating the value of the i-th binary bit of a random binary number Z by analysing the presence of centres of Brownian particles in a key part ai, the i-th binary bit of the number Z being assigned a value 1 if the centre of at least one Brownian particles lies in the key part ai, and 0 if otherwise.
EFFECT: improved statistical properties of the generated sequence due to elimination of periodicity.
