SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes a system of n N-bit shift registers, T units for calculating a system of functions of discrete polynomial transformations (DPT) and T units of coincidence adders for N ƒ-bit binary numbers, where T is the number of elements of the pattern of the given subclass of the DPT, represented by (ƒ-1+log2N)-bit binary numbers, ƒ=n+r, n is the number of binary bits of the input of the apparatus, r is the maximum number of binary bits of constants for the given subclass of the DPT.
EFFECT: executing different subclasses of discrete polynomial transformations and realising finite impulse response filters using the given system of functions.
