SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to diagnostics. Method includes examination of muscles of respective spine segments. Examination is carried out by measurement of electric conductivity of skin segments, corresponding to location of representative biologically active points (BAP) of 12 classical meridians. Obtained data of electric conductivity values are compared with data of control group. In examination of muscles of cervical spine segments measurements of elecvtric conductivity are carried out in specified BAP. For muscles of the first segment - in points 9 I (tai-yuan), 7 IX (da-ling). For II segment - in points 9 I (tai-yuan), 7 IX (da-ling), 3XII (tai-chun). For III segment - in points 7V (shen-men), 3XII (tai-chun). For IV segment - in points 7V (shen-men). For V segment - in points 7V (shen-men), 4X (yang-chi). For VI segment - in points 4X (yang-chi). For VII segment - in points 4VI (Wan-gu), 4X (yang-chi). For examination of muscles of thoracic spine segments measurements of electric conductivity are carried out in specified BAP. For muscles of I segment - in points 9 I (tai-yuan), 4VI (Wan-gu). For II segment - in points 9 I (tai-yuan). For III segment - in points 40 XI (tsu-xu), 9 I (tai-yuan), 7V (shen-men). For IV segment - in points 40 XI (tsu-xu), 9 I (tai-yuan), 7V (shen-men), 7 IX (da-ling). For V segment - in points 42 III (chung-yang), 7V (shen-men), 7 IX (da-ling). For muscles of I segment - in points 4 VI (Wan-gu), 42 III (chung-yang), 4 X (yang-chi). For II segment - in points 4 VI (Wan-gu), 3 VIII (tai-xi), 4 X (yang-chi). For III segment - in points 3 VIII (tai-xi). For IV segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi). For V segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi). For examination of muscles of sacral spine segments measurements of electric conductivity are carried out in specified BAP. For muscles of I segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi). For II segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi), 65 VII (shu-gu). For III segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi), 65 VII (shu-gu). For IV segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi). For V segment - in points 5 II (yang-xi).

EFFECT: method increases accuracy of diagnostics due to segment-by-segment determination of state of spine myotome derivates in selected specified BAP.
