FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to neurology and reflexology, and can be used to treat ischemic stroke in the acute period. For this purpose, from the 2nd or 3rd day of the patient’s stay in the hospital, the patient is subjected to action according to the Su Jok system in combination with scalp therapy and corporal reflex therapy. If the ischemic stroke is in the carotid system, then the zones are subjected to action according to the Su Jok through the main system and/or the “insect” system, in particular, zones located on the hand or foot, corresponding to the brain and paretic limbs. Zones of the heart, kidneys and liver are also subjected to action. When carrying out scalp therapy, the parietal and anterior zones of the scalp are subjected to action from 2 sides. In the presence of speech disorders, the temporal zones of the scalp and the zones of the temple are subjected to additional action according to the Su Jok correspondence systems. In psychoemotional and cognitive disorders, according to Su Jok correspondence systems, the frontal area of the scalp is also subjected to symmetrical action from 2 sides. If a stroke is in the vertebrobasilar basin, then the zones are subjected to action according to the Su Jok through the main system and/or the “insect” system, in particular, zones corresponding to the neck, cervical spine, heart, liver and kidneys in combination with scalp therapy, in case of which the lower occipital and cervical areas of the scalp are subjected to action. Additionally, the corporal reflexotherapy is applied to the following points: the points of general action of GI (II) 11 qu-chi, TR (X) 5 wai-guan, E (III) zu-san-li, F (XII) tai-chun, R (VIII) 3 tai-xi, RP (IV) 6 san-yin-jiao from 2 sides, with paresis of the upper limb – GI (II) 10 shou-san-li, GI (II) 4 he-gu, GI (II) 15 chien-yu, IG (VI) 3 hou-si, TR (X) 3 chjun-chju, PC 107 ba-se on the side of paresis. With paresis of the lower extremity – E (III) 34 liang-chiu, RP (IV) 10 xue-hai, RP (IV) 9 yin-ling-quan, VB (XI) 34 yang-ling-quan, E (III) 41 jie-xi, PC 136 ba-feng on the side of the paresis. In case of paresis of mimic muscles – E (III) 4 ti-cang, E (III) 6 jia-che, GI (II) 20 ying-xiang on the side of the paresis. Subjecting time is 30 minutes, the course of treatment is 10-12 procedures, 2-3 courses are performed.
EFFECT: method provides effective early drug-free rehabilitation of patients in the acute period of ischemic stroke with maximum regression of the neurological deficit and reduced time of rehabilitation of this group of patients by increasing the action on cerebral hemodynamics and activation of the patient’s own sanogenetic mechanisms.
