SUBSTANCE: proposed invention may be used for welding vanes to gar turbine rotor plates. Spindle shaft 6 is arranged in bore 4 of spindle 1 offset relative to rotational axis. Collar 9 is made on spindle shaft extension offset relative to shaft axis 11, eccentricity amount being equal to spindle bore. Said collar has cup 12 provided with locking mechanism and external part fixture 15. Straight splines 22 are made on ends of splined shaft 21 while screw splines 23 engaged with relevant splined bushes 24 and 25 are made on opposite ends. Bush 24 with straight splines is rigidly engaged with spindle 1. Bush 25 with screw splines is fixed central bore 8 of spindle shaft 6 fitted allow turn for varying cup eccentricity.
EFFECT: higher machine tool efficiency and precision.
