FIELD: cosmonautics; rocket technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aerospace engineering. In the method for assembling a space nose cone (SNC) comprising useful load, a transition compartment, a nose fairing (NF) connected to each other in an upright position, prior to assembling the NF on each of the upper half-ties of the NF leaflets fix eyebolts for raising and carrying the NF leaflets. After the NF assembly and the removal of the tightening devices with a half-ties, the upper half-ties are interconnected through brackets and gasket sets, the lower half-ties are connected by bolted connections. NF is raised for two diametrically opposite eyebolts over the transition compartment for spacers removal, installed on the cage of the transition compartment. Lower half-ties are disconnected and removed from the hub, then the upper half-ties are diametrically opposed to the transport devices, for which, together with the seats in the transition compartment, the transfer of the hub is carried out and docking with the carrier rocket, which is in the vertical position on the launch complex, after which the upper half-ties are disconnected and removed.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention is to increase the reliability of the assembly of the space nose cone.
