FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: procedure consists in preparation of ore with sizing and in flotation. At sizing material is sorted out for classes -150+20 mm, -20+2 mm and -2 mm. Upon sizing ore of class -150+20 mm is subjected to roentgen radio-metric separation and to successive heavy-medium separation of refined material of siftings with dimension -20+2 mm. Further, light fraction of heavy-medium separation is preliminary activated with mixture of cations of zinc and copper and floated and fraction of -2 mm is activated with mixture of potassium xanthate and sodium dithio-phosphate or with mixture of potassium xanthate and sodium di-methyl-di-urethane. There is also used industrial oil IS-40 and floating agent "Beramin". The process line consists of successively arranged a module of ore preparation, of sizing module and floatation refining. Additionally, the line is equipped with a module of acceptance and roentgen separation, a module of gravitational refining with devices for heavy-medium separation made in form of an inclined hydro-cyclone and drum separators.
EFFECT: upgraded quality of antimony and valuable metals into commodity independent products.
