FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: metallurgy of noble and heavy non-ferrous metals, intended for the extraction of noble metals - gold and silver, as well as other non-ferrous metals along the way, from refractory pyrrhotite-arsenopyrite ore and technogenic gold-containing mineral raw materials, characterized by process resistance to the cyanide method for dissolution of noble metals due to the fine, uniform dissemination of micron-sized noble metals in sulfides, such as arsenopyrite, pyrite, stibnite and other minerals. Options for the method include operations related to each other in the production process, namely: ore preparation of gold-bearing ore with an antimony content of less than 0.2% and a pyrrhotite/pyrite ratio of less than 1.1 or more than 1.1, hydrocyclonation with the separation of sands and drainage, the formation of a total flotation concentrate from flash flotation concentrates, a flotation concentrate obtained from flotation enrichment of the discharge using injection-type flotation machines, bacterial oxidation of the total flotation concentrate, grinding, hydrometallurgical processing, centrifugation with the addition of flocculant and separation of cake and centrate, processing of them and flotation tailings, cyanidation followed by sorption leaching using cyanide solutions and anion exchange resin and activated carbon, neutralization of centrate centrifugation and biocake, dehydration operations, thickening, washing, filtration with the separation at these stages of processing of solid residues and the liquid phase and their processing with the extraction of gold. According to one of the options, after preparing the biooxidation feed, the ore is subjected to magnetic separation, and the magnetic and non-magnetic fractions are also processed.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of processing refractory pyrrhotite-arsenopyrite-pyrite-berthierite-stibnite gold ores, expanding the scope of means for processing this type of ore.
