FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: lock with a safety device comprises a stiff jacket, a locking bolt element, a cylindrical lock, an annular geared wheel and a mechanical transmission. The locking bolt element is installed with the possibility of sliding in the jacket between opening position and closing position. The cylindrical lock comprises a stator fixed on the jacket, and a rotor to rotate a control part that extends in radial direction. The annular geared wheel is installed with the possibility of rotation in the jacket coaxially relative to the cylinder rotor and has a radial slot. The slot is engaged with a radial control part of the cylindrical lock so that it is rotated with the radial control part, when the cylindrical lock is actuated by means of a key. The mechanical transmission comprises at least one geared wheel engaged with an annular geared wheel to convert the motion of the annular geared wheel rotation into reciprocal motion of the locking bolt element. In any point along the mechanical transmission there is a link between the slave part and the master part, which makes it possible for the specified parts to relative move in a restricted manner. The mechanical transmission includes a part arranged with the possibility of rotation in the jacket and carrying two diametrically opposite axial pins designed for engagement of the part, which is shaped as a movable geared engagement of the specified element in the locking bolt. The rotary part is formed with a disc with a protruding central section on its face surface intended for engagement in the central hole of the geared wheel. The protruding section of the disc is shaped with a round section limited at its angular extension with additional surfaces. The central hole of the geared wheel is shaped with a round section limited at its angular extension with additional surfaces.
