FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: safety lock for doors is equipped with latch (3), which is automatically latched in position for door locking, when door is closed. Automatic locking function can be turned off by means of a deactivating device, causing opening of operative connection between sensitive element (14), protruding from body (2) of lock, designed to determine door closing, and element (11) to hold catch in idle position. In a state when automatic locking is disabled, sensitive element (14) can displace holding element (11) to disengaged position.
EFFECT: disclosed is a safety lock for doors.
