FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotary-piston internal combustion engine includes housing with operating ring having cylindrical surface the axes of which are offset. Operating chambers of engine are formed with working cavities in which the first rotating rotor performing the function of compressor rotor and the second rotating rotor performing the function of turbine rotor is installed on shaft. Spring-loaded operating valve gate is installed in the first rotor. Housing of combustion chamber, which is made in the form of cylinder, is rigidly fixed in engine housing, has inlet opening for working medium and outlet opening for working medium and arranged in the opening of the widest part of operating ring. The first rotor is built between external and internal side cheeks inside operating ring. Engine is equipped with gas distributing shell, L-shaped spring-loaded operating gate valve and L-shaped spring-loaded sealing plates. Gas-distributing shell interacts with combustion chamber and has rotating shaft rigidly attached to its bottom and connected to engine shaft. Additional outlet opening with ignition channel is made in operating ring in front of outlet working medium opening in the direction of rotor rotation. Filament intended for ignition of working medium in ignition channel is installed in ignition channel. At feed system with fuel injection the combustion chamber is equipped with atomiser installed in its edge.
