FIELD: engines and pumps.

SUBSTANCE: rotary piston internal combustion engine includes a housing with an operating ring having external and internal cylindrical surfaces, a combustion chamber, a gas distributing shell, an ignition plug, an operating damper, a L-shaped operating damper, a projection and a sealing segment. The first rotor performing the function of compressor rotor and the second rotor performing the function of turbine rotor are installed in parallel in working cavities on the engine shaft. Operating damper is made in the form of a plate and installed in an operating ring. One end of operating damper in the rotation direction of rotors in front of the second end of the damper is installed by means of a spring so that it tightly adjoins the external cylindrical surface of the first rotor. A projection is located on external cylindrical surface of the first rotor and has variable height. Spring-loaded sealing plates are installed in slots of the projection in the maximum height zone. Sealing segment is located on external surface of the operating ring above the combustion chamber and has variable height. Sealing segment is equipped with a sealing damper in the form of a plate located in maximum height zone of the segment. The first end of the sealing damper in the rotation direction of rotors in front of its second end is fixed by means of an axis in the operating ring. The second end of the sealing damper is installed by means of a spring so that it tightly adjoins internal cylindrical surface of the second rotor.

EFFECT: higher operating efficiency and reliability of engine.
