FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: procedure for coating internal surface of pipelines consists in securing first end of work piece in form of sleeve wound on drum at inlet end of pipeline, in sealing outlet end of pipeline, in degassing cavity of pipeline from side of degassed end and in simultaneous supply of work piece under tension to side of outlet end of pipeline. When the work piece comes beyond the outlet end of the pipeline the degassed cavity of the pipeline is depressurised. The device for implementation of the procedure consists of a chamber mounted on the outlet end of the pipeline. The chamber is equipped with a control unit, a vacuum pump, a pressure gauge, an electromagnetic outlet valve and a photon-coupled pair for control over a work-piece outlet. The device for pipelines connection includes a bush with a spacer. Elements of thermo-shrinking material are arranged on ends of the bush. On the ends of the bush there are made circular grooves for placement of the above said circular elements; also, axial undercuts are made on neighbouring side surfaces of the circular grooves. The procedure for application of the bonding agent on internal surface of the work piece consists in introduction a portion of the bonding agent into a cavity of the work piece through a probe, in successive work piece flattening and in transfer of flattening zone from one end of the work piece to another.

EFFECT: raised processability, increased length of coated pipeline, upgraded quality of coating; increased degree of sealing at connection of pipelines.
