SUBSTANCE: adaptive control system of actuators of heat supply objects of municipal housing economy includes the first circuit with heat source and control unit, main-line pump with outlet to heat exchanger, the second circuit of heating system with circulation pump and engine controlled with variable speed drive, pumps and engines controlled with variable speed drives in each of N consumers of heat energy, temperature and pressure sensors in supply and return pipelines of the first and the second circuits of heating system and in each of N heat energy consumers, the first and the second comparing units of pressure drops, setting device of allowable pressure drop, comparing unit of temperature drops, setting device of allowable temperature drop, temperature setting device in return pipeline, comparing unit of temperature in return pipeline, setting device of allowable pressure in supply pipeline, comparing unit of allowable pressure, pressure limiting device, the first, the second and the third scaling amplifiers of heat energy consumers, adder-corrector of control signals, setting device of consumed heat energy, inverter, receiver-transmitter of heat energy consumer, N - channel receiver-transmitter, N corrective setting devices of heat energy consumers, N alarm devices of exceedance of allowable pressure drop in each of N heat energy consumers, adder of heat carrier flow rate of heat energy consumers, setting device of heat carrier flow rate of heat energy consumers, comparing unit of heat carrier flow rate of heat energy consumers, temperature adder in supply and return pipelines of heat energy consumers, the first, the second and the third dividers by N, comparing unit of temperatures in supply and return pipelines, comparing unit of allowable temperature drops in return pipelines, setting device of allowable temperature drops in return pipelines, adder of pressures in supply pipelines of heat energy consumers, comparing unit of pressures in supply pipelines, setting device of pressure drop of the second circuit, comparing unit of pressures of the second circuit, the first setting device of temperatures in supply pipelines, the second setting device of temperature in supply pipeline of the first circuit, the first and the second temperature comparing units in supply pipeline of the first circuit; the first, the second and the third scaling amplifiers of the second circuit, adder of control signals of the second circuit, comparing unit of variable speed drive of the second circuit, setting device of variable speed drive of the second circuit, where N is the number of territorially distributed heat energy consumers.
EFFECT: higher control efficiency of heat flows for territorially distributed heat energy consumers by matching heat carrier flows in circuits for providing optimum heat supply to consumers.
