FIELD: power industry.

SUBSTANCE: remote control device of state of thermal plants includes gas-fired boiler, gas supply control, fan, hot water temperature sensor, return water temperature sensor, generated heat energy metre, consumed heat energy metres, heating radiators, bypass valve, consumer hot water temperature sensor, pressure sensor, modem of thermal object, amplifier, frequency converter, scaling amplifier, temperature selector, comparing unit, outlet gas temperature sensor, vapour detector, safety sensor, room temperature sensor, room temperature selector, comparing unit of temperatures, valve position corrector, consumer return water temperature sensor, heat consumer modem, dispatch modem, dispatch station; at that, bypass valve of radiator is controllable, connected through room temperature selector to heat consumer modem and transmitted to modem of thermal object, which is connected to gas-fired boiler; modem output of thermal object is connected to temperature selector the data from which is supplied to comparing unit, and wherefrom it is supplied through amplifier to gas supply control and then to gas-fired boiler, as well as through scaling amplifier to frequency converter which is connected through the fan to gas-fired boiler; data exchange of heat consumer modem, thermal object modem and dispatch modem is performed by means of cellular channel.

EFFECT: enlarging functional capabilities of the device and performing remote control of parameters of heat provision system to gas distributing stations, which allows quickly interfering with heat provision process and maintaining the required safety level.
