SUBSTANCE: device comprises a first circuit with the heat source and the control unit, a network pump with access to the heat exchanger, a second circuit, pumps and motors controlled by frequency converters in each of the N consumers of thermal energy, temperature and pressure sensors, comparison units, the permissible temperature drop setter, an adder-equalizer of control signals, a setter of heat energy consumed, a transceiver of heat energy consumer, a heat carrier flow integrator of the heat energy consumers, the permissible temperature drop setter, N geographically distributed heat energy consumers, L household and office consumers of heat energy, temperature sensors in the room, comparison units of the outside temperature and the room temperature, adjusting amplifiers, room volume setters, a computer of controlled amount of heat energy, an adjusting adder and a transceiver L of household and office heat energy consumers.
EFFECT: increase in efficiency of adjustment of heat flows in distribution of heat energy by conformance of the heat carrier flows to ensure the delivery of heat directly to household and office consumers.
