FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: pre-filled hypodermic syringe comprises a hollow body (1), a rod (6) and a Luer-Lock connector (9), e.g. for needle or infusion tube connection. The body (1) has two open ends (2, 3) and contains a fluid to be introduced to a patient. At one end of the rod (6), there is a piston (4) movable in the hollow body (1) and passing through a hole in the first end (2) of the hollow body. The connector (9) is designed for introduced fluid passage and has a hollow part (10) connected to a hole at the second end (3). The connector is enveloped by a collar (11) containing a thread segment. The connector (9) comprises a plug (13) connected to a free end of a hollow portion (10) by a break portion (14). The syringe is made of a synthetic material by pressing. The plug (13) is integrated with the connector (9) and the hollow body (10). The syringe comprises a cap (15) on the connector (9). The connection between the hollow portion (10) of the connector (9) and the plug (13) has an annular thin portion in the junction line of the plug (13) and a free end of the hollow portion (10) of the connector (9). The cap (15) is cylindrical, contains a wall (16) wherefrom a skirt (17) geared with an external wall (18) of the collar (11) comprising a thread segment projects. The cap contains a hollow tube (20) projected from the wall (16) of the cap (15) into a hollow interior (21) of the cap. The hollow tube geared with the plug (13) interacts therewith ensured by shape complementarity and preserves turn gearing, so the turning plug ensures breaks on the break portion (14). The cap (15) is supplied by at least one hole (25) for sterilising agent passage.

EFFECT: invention represents a syringe easily sterilised without entailing excessive cost the contents of which is not exposed during sterilisation and which provides complete impermeability enabling simultaneous separation of the plug and the connector.
