SUBSTANCE: the preliminarily filled plastic syringe has a cylinder, movable piston hermetically closing the cylinder at one end, end-piece made integral with the cylinder and positioned at the syringe end removed from the piston, and a closing member hermetically closing the syringe at the end provided with the end-piece. The injected liquid is positioned in the cylinder between the piston and the closing member, and the closing member is positioned inside the end-piece and/or syringe cylinder.
