FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: syringe preliminarily filled with injection has cylindrical casing opened at one end. Cylindrical casing is hermetically sealed at other end with movable piston and at other end with removable stopper. Syringe is provided with cover configured for tight fitting on stopper end. Cover has stopper retaining device which grips and retains stopper end so that when cover is separated from syringe, stopper is also separated from syringe to allow syringe contents to be used for injection.
