SUBSTANCE: packer comprises hollow mandrel 1 and sealing member 2. Packer has at least one through multifunctional channel. The channel is arranged between hollow mandrel 1 and sealing member 2 so that the channel crosses sealing member 2 location zone. The channel is filled with filler 4, namely with gas-permeable one or with gas-permeable and gas-tight fillers in the case of channel division into longitudinal sections a, b, c, d.
