FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises casing accommodating valve element to interact with its seat in fuel inlet zone. At least one first and second parts of valve elements are intercommunicated via hydraulic element with communication cavity confined on at least separate lengths by sleeve fitted on first part of said valve element to translate there along. There is guide element that makes external member for valve element first part arranged on hydraulic communication element side.
EFFECT: perfected design, reduced production costs.
