FIELD: means of protection.
SUBSTANCE: protective structure to protect an operator against mechanical action comprises outer and inner protective packages, between which there is a gasket arranged in the form of a tape with fixed folds, arranged with a permanent pitch at the side of a protected object, and is placed serially into two external shells, an external package, which faces operator's environment, is arranged as multi-layer, besides, each layer is made in the form of rings connected to each other, material of which is stainless steel. At the same time layers are arranged with coverage of rings opening by means of their coupling, and the inner protective package is arranged as triple-layer. The layer, which contacts with the external shell, and the layer, which faces the operator's body, are made of a perforated polymer material, for instance, aramid fibre, and the intermediate layer arranged between them is elastic and is made of resilient meshy elements. At the same time density of mesh structure of elastic resilient mesh elements is in the optimal range of values from 1.2 g/cm3 to 2.0 g/cm3, at the same time the material of elastic mesh elements wire is steel of EI-708 type, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values equal to 0.09 mm…0.15 mm.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operator protection against mechanical effect.
