FIELD: rescue equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to personal protective equipment of operators against mechanical impact. The protective vest consists of a fabric lining connected to the protective shell, and in the fabric lining the elastic frame stands are secured by clips on the belt, and the protective shell is attached to the elastic frame stands, the protective shell comprises an outer and inner protective bags, between which the gasket is placed, made in the form of a tape with fixed pleats placed with a constant pitch from the side of protected object, and is sequentially placed in two outer shells, and the outer bag facing the surrounding environment of the operator, is made multi-layered, at that each layer is made in the form of interconnected rings, which material is used as stainless steel, at that the layers are located to overlap the lumen of the rings with their articulation, and the inner protective bag is made three-layered, at that the layer in contact with the outer shell and the layer facing the operator's body are made of perforated polymeric material such as aramid fiber, and the intermediate layer located between them is made elastic from resilient mesh elements, at that the mesh structure density of elastic-resilient mesh elements is within the optimal range of values of 1.2 g/cm3-2.0 g/cm3, at that the wire material of the resilient mesh elements is steel of type EI-708, and its diameter is in the optimal range of values of 0.09 mm - 0.15 mm, at that the first layer facing the surrounding environment of the operator is processed with foam multifunctional composition for degassing, disinfection, desinsection, deactivation and shielding surfaces, volumes and objects against hazardous agents and substances with foam, where the liquid phase of the foam is a solution of clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide as active ingredient in an amount of from 0.1 to 5% by weight, and clathrate didecyldimethylammonium halogenide with carbamide is used as clathrate didecyldimethylammonium chloride with carbamide and/or clathrate didecyldimethylammonium bromide with carbamide.
EFFECT: increased efficiency of operator protection against mechanical impact.
