FIELD: means of protection.
SUBSTANCE: protective vest consists of a fabric lining connected to a protective shell, and elastic carcass stands are fixed in the fabric lining by means of fixators on a belt, and the protective shell is fixed on the elastic carcass stands. The protective shell is arranged as triple-layer, besides, the first layer that faces operator's environment, is made in the form of rings connected to each other, material of which is stainless steel, the third layer that faces the operator body is made of perforated polymer material, for instance, aramid fibre, and the second layer arranged between them is elastic and is made of elastic mesh elements.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of operator protection against mechanical effect.
