COMBAT GARMENT SUIT OF RESCUERS OPERATING UNDER CONDITIONS OF BURNING OBJECTS IN PRESENCE OF FLYING AND FALLING OBJECTS OF DESTRUCTIBLE OBJECT Russian patent published in 2015 - IPC A41D13/00

Abstract RU 2565562 C1

FIELD: personal use articles.

SUBSTANCE: combat garment suit of rescuers operating under conditions of burning objects in the presence of flying and falling objects of destructible object, containing combat garment of rescuers having flame-retardant properties, consists of a jacket with sleeves and a hood with a protective transparent element disposed in working condition on the front part of the head, and also trousers with suspenders and rigid belt and boots of the flame retardant material resistant to mechanical stress of the seismic nature, and the fabric for the top of the combat garment is used as heat-resistant fabric from polyphenyleneoxadiazole fibre and filament yarn "Rusar" and containing a protective helmet of the company "Cromwell F600" with a high level of comfort and a protective vest consisting of a fabric lining connected with a protective shell, in the fabric lining the elastic frame racks are attached through the retainers on the waist belt of trousers, the protective shell is attached to the elastic frame racks and includes an external and internal protective packages between which a gasket is placed, made in the form of a tape with fixed pleats arranged with a constant spacing from the protected object, and placed sequentially into two outer layers, an outer package facing the environment surrounding the operator, which is made multilayered, and each layer is made in the form of interconnected rings, the material of which is used as stainless steel. The layers are arranged to overlap the lumen of the rings with their articulation, and the inner protective package is made three-layered. The layer in contact with the outer shell, and the layer facing the operator's body are made of perforated polymeric material such as aramid fibres. According to the invention, the intermediate layer located between the said layers is made resilient of a ferromagnetic fabric comprising a base, a binding polymeric material and the powder of a ferromagnetic material. The fabric base is made in the method of plain weaving. Warp and weft threads are provided as alternate lavsan and high-permeability monofilaments, the amount of threads per one meter is 5000÷7000, the high-permeability monofilaments are made of supermalloy either from molybdenum permalloy with the cross-section size of 0.05÷0.1 mm, and lavsan threads have a linear density of 10÷ 20 tex, the ferromagnetic powder is used as high-coercivity alloy powder. The content of components in the fabric by weight is in a ratio by wt %: lavsan threads 10÷15; high-permeability material monofilaments 20÷25; binder polymer substance - acrylic copolymers 10÷15; powder of high-coercivity alloy 50÷55, and the material absorbing the radioactive radiation is used as the material which contains the lead oxides (lead oxide II, IY) as a filler and a binder - polyvinyl butyral, ethyl acetate, di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid of the formula where n = 6, R - alkyl group containing 8-10 carbon atoms and ethyl cellulose with the following ratio of components, wt %: lead oxide II, IY 30.6-56.8; polyvinyl butyral 3.8-10.2; ethyl acetate 14.3-26.5; di-(alkylpolyethyleneglycol) ester of phosphoric acid 0.2-0.4; ethylcellulose - the rest, and the new composition of the binder in the claimed invention provides full compatibility with the lead oxides and enables to obtain a material with a higher lead equivalent and flexibility degree which has good adhesion to metals, concrete, brick, moreover, the material is a highly concentrated suspension rapidly curable in air, and the material viscosity is 20÷70 Pa∙s, which enables to cast films from it of different thickness with die or extruder, to apply to the surface with a brush, pouring over, pour into various cavities, slits and channels.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the design of clothes of rescuers operating under conditions of burning objects in the presence of flying and falling objects of a destructible object, and in the presence of radioactive radiation.
