FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: analysed specimen is X-ray irradiated. X-ray radiation comprises at least two discrete lines in various X-ray spectrum sections. X-ray spectral line intensity in secondary radiation is measured. Note here that measured are intensities of coherent and incoherent dissipated lines of exciting radiation located in short- and long-wave X-ray spectra to derive regression relationship for standard specimen to define content of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen in analysed specimens.

EFFECT: higher accuracy, validity and reliability.
