SUBSTANCE: house internetwork information storage system consists of: a module for managing authorisation for performing user authentication and managing access authorisation for a remote user; an external resident program module for completing packet distribution, as well as managing and providing network access; a file server module for interaction with a remote file client and facilitating loading and downloading; an information storage device for providing file storage space; a file system module for providing access to files stored in the information storage device; and a module for an internetwork remote client process for providing remote users with an interface to access the home internetwork information storage device.
