FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: method envisages for carrot and oyster plant washing and rinsing at the specified parameters of the process, their separate grinding and finishing to produce appropriate purees. Purees are blended with orange juice and sugar syrup, heated, packed, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce new nectar from non-traditional raw materials enriched with biologically active substances, which in chemical composition may be recommended for use in diet nutrition.
