FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to invasive arrhythmology and is intended for long-term diagnostic of heart arrhythmias. For this purpose after implantation of device for subcutaneous monitoring of electrocardiogram subcutaneous electrogram is displayed on screen. After that, muscular test is performed in the following way: static tension of major pectoral muscle is achieved due to patient's attempts to make movement in shoulder joint on the side of device implantation, and doctor offers resistance to said movement. Muscle test is made in direction of flexion, extension, adduction and abduction in shoulder joint. At this time voltage of R-wave and voltage of muscle "noise" are measured, after which programming of sensitivity level is performed on value in the range from the largest voltage of muscle "noise" to the lowest voltage of R-wave.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase quality, accuracy and self-descriptiveness of automatic arrhythmia diagnostics.
