FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used for treatment of oblique and splintered fractures of tubular bones, for instance, clavicle, ulnar, radial fibula, etc. bones. Device contains brace made from metal with shape memory effect. Device has intraosteal part and supraosteal part with elongated leg. Intraosteal part of brace is made in form of intramedullar leg. Supraosteal part of brace is bent in form of open parallel semi-wave oncoming ring-like elements for creation of oncoming-lateral compression between bone fragments. On the end of elongated leg made is curve at angle 70° in form of hook for intraosteal fixation.
EFFECT: invention ensures more rigid and stable fixation of fragments of tubular bones without application of additional immobilisation due to maintenance of mutual compression between bone fragments by means of supraosteal and intraosteal parts of device.
