SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics and gynecology, and can be used in treatment of fetoplacental insufficience in pregnant women. For this purpose in 2-nd trimester of pregnancy at the background of drug therapy side of predominant location of placenta is determined. Depending on placenta location administered is wearing compressive stockings. If right side location of placenta is predominant, wearing compressive stockings on right leg is administered. If left side or ambilateral location of placenta is predominant, wearing compressive stockings on both legs is administered. Time of wearing compressive stockings constitutes not more than 3 hours per day daily before delivery or to the end of pregnancy.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to reduce probability of development and severity of course of hemodynamic disturbances in utero-placental complex.
