METHOD OF PREDICTING VIOLATIONS OF VEGETATIVE REGULATION IN WOMEN IN POSTPARTUM PERIOD Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A61B5/16 A61B8/00 G01N33/53

Abstract RU 2649508 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and will be used to predict in pregnant women the violations of vegetative regulation in the postpartum period. Conduct functional examination of pregnant woman and determine the parameters of the lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries. In pregnant woman in period of 27–28 weeks they determine the nature of lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries and placental lateralization. When determining the ambidextral behavioral profile and the ambitalateral location of the placenta, the level of cortisol in the venous blood is additionally examined and when its value is established from 795 pg/ml and more, it is predicted that vegetative regulation in the postpartum period is impaired.

EFFECT: method allows to assess the vegetative status and adaptive potential in the postpartum period by determining the lateral behavioral profile of asymmetries and the level of cortisol in the blood in pregnant women.
