SUBSTANCE: claimed is application of agonist of receptor of sphingosine-1-phosphate 2 amino-2-[2-(4-octylphenyl)ethyl]propane-1,3-diole (FTY720) in free form, in form of pharmaceutically acceptable salt or FTY720-phosphate for preparation of medication for prevention or treatment of lympho-proliferative or myeloproliferative disturbance, where medication is introduced together with chemical therapeutic medication; application of the same substance for obtaining medication for treatment of solid tumour or inhibition of solid tumour growth, on condition that tumour is not breast tumour, prostate tumour, urinary bladder, kidney of lung tumour; application of the same substance for ontaining medication for treatment of invasiveness of solid tumours or symptoms, associated with such tumour growth, prevention of metastatic spreading of tumours or prevention, inhibition of micrometastasis growth on condition that tumour is not breast tumour, prostate tumour, urinary bladder, kidney of lung tumour.

EFFECT: FTY720-hytdrochloride in combination with inhibitor of VEGF-R-proteinkinase twice reduces increase of tumour mass in comparison with treatment with only one of medications, as well as FTY720 and FTY720-phosphate restrain uncontrolled angiogenesis, and ensure treatment of solid tumours and tumour invasiveness.
