FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention may be used for deep purification of effluents containing organic compounds and may be used in food and chemical industries, etc. Effluents are fed into tank 2 wherein circulates water subjected to active sludge and large-bubble aeration effects. Cleaned water is forced into aerotank denitrifier 8 wherein mix of water and active sludge circulates vertically around secondary settler 9 immersed in water. Floatable particles are entrapped in secondary settler 9. Water are sludge are separated in said settler 9. Active sludge is continuously pumped from aerotank 8 zone 12 into active sludge aerobic stabilizer 19. Water with active sludge flows from said aerobic stabilizer 19 back into aerotank 8. Purified water flows from secondary settler 9 into outlet tank 15 and, therefrom, into purified water discharge pipeline 26.
EFFECT: higher quality of treatment, easy maintenance and simplified design.
