SUBSTANCE: in the method to make a granulated porous filler for concretes, including preparation of a liquid glass mixture by mixing of liquid glass with a module of 2.5-3.2, density of 1450 kg/m3 and a finely ground mineral filler, water, production of granules from it and their swelling at the temperature of 450°C, swollen granules are exposed to additional thermal treatment at the temperature of 600°C during 5-20 minutes, at the following ratio of liquid glass mixture components, wt %: liquid glass 66 - 91, finely ground mineral filler 5 - 30, water 4.
EFFECT: increased strength and water resistance of filler.
