FIELD: manufacture of building materials. SUBSTANCE: objective of invention is manufacturing porous artificial products, for which granulated heat-insulation concrete-filling material is prepared. Raw meal contains, wt %: microsilica 40.55, boric acid 1.22, sodium hydroxide (45.22% of sodium oxide) 21.04, and water 37.19. First, suspension from microsilica, sodium hydroxide solution, and water is prepared and then it is subjected to hydrothermal treatment to give crude granules, which are thermally treated at 300-400 C, provided that, when preparing suspension, additional boric acid is used, hydrothermal treatment is carried out for 10 min at 80-90 C and atmospheric pressure, crude granules are preliminarily treated at 100 C for 10 min and then for 10 min at 350-400 C. EFFECT: reduced heat treatment time of cruse granules, reduced power consumption, reduced loose density and increased strength, porosity, and waterproofness of heat-insulation material. 3 cl, 2 tbl
