FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains: (I) 55-75 wt % sodium silicate solution from Na2O and SiO2 in molar ratio 1:2.1 - 1:2.9; (II) 0.5-7 wt % carboxymethyl cellulose; (III) 0.7-10 wt % urethane resin from 70-80 wt % methylene diphenyl isocyanate and 20-30 wt % methylpolyglycol; (IV) 0.7-10 wt % mixture for producing acrylic resin; and (V) water - the rest. The mixture of acrylic resin (IV) consists of 36-40 wt % butylacrylate monomer, 10-13 wt % methylmethacrylate, 1-2 wt % emulsifying agent, 3-5 wt % acrylic acid and water - the rest. Said composition is obtained by mixing solution (I) and urethane resin (III). Further, the mixture of acrylic resin (IV) is prepared. The obtained mixture (IV) is slowly added to the mixture of solution (I) and urethane resin (III) and stirred. Carboxymethyl cellulose is added. Said composition is used to treat a laminate made from polyester through impregnation followed by dehydration and drying. The laminate is used a component which reduces noise, vibration and low-frequency effects.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an article made from polyester resin with high fire-resistance and which is safe for the environment and the human body.
